An aromatic and smooth wine, offering a balance of citrus and tropical fruits such as passion fruit and mango; on the palate, it is enveloping with a pleasant finish. Ideal on its own as an aperitif with appetizers among friends, as well as with fish dishes, sushi, curry, and white meats in general.

Grapes from old vines, grown organically at an altitude above 700 meters. Schist soils with clay and veins of quartz.
A “field blend,” where various grape varieties—both white and red—are interplanted in the vineyard, perfectly adapted to the harsh climate and nutrient-poor soil, eliminating the need for irrigation.
Hand-harvested, fully destemmed, and immediately crushed.
Fermentation at approximately 16°C in stainless steel tanks.
Short aging on fine lees with bâtonnage after fermentation.
