1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between the Beira Interior Regional Wine Commission, with headquarters at Solar do Vinho da Beira Interior, Largo das Freiras, 6300-710 Guarda, tax identification number 502 499 028 and contact number +351 271 224 129, hereinafter referred to as ROTADO181120, and persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.vinhosdabeirainterior.pt, hereinafter referred to as ‘User’. 
 
2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.vinhosdabeirainterior.pt shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website. 
 


ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE 
1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding the methods of ordering, selling, paying for and delivering purchases made on the website www.vinhosdabeirainterior.pt.
 
2. These terms and conditions govern all the steps necessary to place an order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER 
1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.vinhosdabeirainterior.pt, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping basket:

5. The User is solely responsible for the information contained in the invoice. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
6. Orders are valid for 14 (fourteen) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline, and prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this deadline. If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned deadline, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order. 
 

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
1. On the website www.vinhosdabeirainterior.pt, the COMPANY offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
 
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) ATM reference;
c) Transfer;

2. In the case of payment by credit card, the User's card will be debited immediately after confirmation of shipment of the goods. If any of the products ordered are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User's card after the order is closed. 


ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
1. Orders will be delivered within three working days of the order being placed. Delivery is carried out by NACEX. 
2. Shipping costs will be added to the order. €7.95. 


ARTICLE 5 – PRICES 
1. Prices are in euros, including taxes and fees, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order. 
 
2. If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it. 
 


ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURNS 
1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Rota dos Vinhos da Beira Interior. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email rota@cvrbi.pt, within eight (8) days of the order, and the instructions for cancelling or returning the goods will be answered and defined by the COMPANY, using the same means of communication. 
2. Whenever possible, the refund shall be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership so that the refund can be made by bank transfer. 
3. The COMPANY undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of eight (8) days. 
4. Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e., in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomalies or damage. 
5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the order, the settlement conditions will be indicated by the COMPANY. 


ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY
 Your data is processed in compliance with personal data protection legislation. This data, which is subject to computer processing, will be stored in the COMPANY's database(s) and is intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by the COMPANY. 
The provision of your data is optional and, in accordance with the law, you are guaranteed the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, either in person or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website.
