This wine comes from a small vineyard located at around 750 metres of altitude in the municipality of Pinhel, planted on granitic-sand soils with the Malvasia Fina grape variety. The soil characteristics and the local climate lead to a long ripening period, resulting in well-balanced wines with excellent natural acidity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with electronic temperature control.
