Quinta do Vale da Carvalhinha is an estate owned by the Lima Antunes family, whose vineyards date back to the time of Dr André de Lima Antunes’s great-grandparents. A cardiac surgeon and the driving force behind this project, Dr Antunes saw in the creation of this wine brand an opportunity to honour his grandparents and great-grandparents, while maintaining a deep connection to his roots in the village of Orvalho, in the municipality of Oleiros.
