Pale yellow colour, with a clean, delicate and floral aromatic profile. On the palate it is fresh, showing notes of pineapple and a long, predominantly lemon-driven finish. Everything is in harmony within a fresh style, capable of meeting a wide range of gastronomic challenges. Try it, for example, with well-seasoned oven-baked meat or fish dishes, or with grilled oily fish..

Serving Temperature: 12-14 ºC
