Vines aged between 15 and 20 years, producing an average of 8,000 kg/ha. The grapes are harvested into 18 kg crates, gently pressed after a short maceration, and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Aged for approximately 6 months in stainless steel, with lees stirring.

Citrine colour. Fruity and elegant on the nose, with a fresh, smooth palate and a finish where tropical notes stand out, supported by good acidity.

Serve at 10-12 °C.

Pairs well with shellfish, pâtés, soft cheeses and grilled or roasted fish. Also excellent with cod salad and aromatic herbs.
