With more than 70 years of experience and accumulated wisdom, Adega do Fundão continues its strong commitment to the region’s traditional grape varieties. A new cycle began with single-varietal wines that stood out in their respective vintages. This second release focuses on a historic white grape variety, dominant both in Beira Interior and at Adega do Fundão: Síria. For this wine, high-quality grapes were sourced from different vineyard parcels, both north and south of the Serra da Gardunha.
