100% Riesling from a vineyard parcel at 750 metres of altitude, located in the parish of Vermiosa in the Castelo Rodrigo sub-region, on schist soils with quartz veins. Hand-harvested, with whole-bunch pressing and no destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-17?°C for around 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Aged on lees with regular bâtonnage until bottling in late spring following the harvest.

Very intense and mineral on the nose, with floral nuances in balance with citrus notes.

Great volume on the palate, with a pronounced citrus profile driven by vibrant acidity and a subtle saline edge. The finish is long, very fresh and persistent.
