Vinified without skin contact, with gentle pressing and immediate must cooling, followed by slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 °C. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels (80% used, 20% new). 70% BARREL-AGED + 30% STAINLESS STEEL L-1569
