Made from traditional grape varieties, using grapes grown on granitic soils with low fertility. The summer climate ensures a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes, resulting in fresh, flavourful and elegant wines that are perfect for accompanying a good meal.

Hand-harvested into 15 kg crates. Crushing and complete destemming with protection against premature oxidation. Gravity clarification over 18 hours.

Controlled fermentation between 20°C and 22°C. Aged in stainless steel.
