Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet colour. Wild berry aromas on the nose, with subtle vegetal and balsamic notes enriched by caramel,
coffee and tobacco.
On the palate, the tannins are present and polished, supported by lively acidity, elegance and structure.
Food Pairing:
Beef tenderloin with roasted pear topped with cherry compote; aged Beira Baixa sheep’s cheese.
Serving Suggestion:
Open and decant 2 hours before serving. Best enjoyed at 16 °C
