This wine originates from the Vinha da Adega parcel, over 25 years old, where Marufo gives structure to a rustic, supple wine with a strong sense of identity. Hand-harvested into 15?kg crates. Reception with full destemming and gentle crushing, followed by extended maceration. Ageing in used French oak barrels with natural clarification aided by the sharp winter cold of the Serra da Estrela.
