Vines aged 20 to 30 years, planted in granitic soils at altitudes between 320 and 450 m, producing an average of 6,000 kg/ha. Grapes harvested in 18 kg crates, fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, followed by extended maceration. Aged for around 6 months in used French oak barrels.

Deep aromas of cherry and plum, with subtle notes of spice and ripe (but not overripe) fruit. Full-bodied, rich and generous, with persistent freshness. Well-defined yet smooth tannins, balanced by a surprising lift of acidity.

Serve at 16-18 °C.
