Made from hand-harvested Síria grapes, grown in one of the highest vineyards in Portugal, this wine was fermented in tank for 30 days at around 14?°C. It then underwent a brief ageing period on fine lees.

Tasting Notes: Bright lemon-green in colour, with floral, mineral and fruity notes of apple and lime. On the palate it shows creaminess and freshness, with a long, persistent finish.
