Beira Interior DOP Grape Varieties: Tinta Roriz, Rufete. Harvest: Manual harvest in the fourth week of September. Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected, destemmed and gently crushed directly into the tank. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 20-25 °C. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour, with marked aromatic complexity. Notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, with subtle hints of vanilla. Smooth tannins, well balanced, with a firm finish.
