An authentic "<em>terroir</em>" wine obtained from old vines aged between 60 and over 100 years years old, in a field blend of white grape varieties – predominantly Síria, Fonte Cal, and Arinto – planted on slopes at 650 m altitude in poor granitic-sand soils. Hand-harvested into 20 kg crates, with selection on a sorting table. Fully destemmed and gently pressed, followed by natural settling over 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16 °C with fine-lees stirring. Aged in stainless steel until August, with bottling after fining and light filtration. &nbsp;
