A blend made from the Beira Interior’s leading white variety, Síria – known for its floral aromas and tropical-fruit notes – combined with Fonte Cal, a grape exclusive to the region and recognised for its intense aromatic profile and naturally higher alcohol. Together, they produce a perfumed wine with refreshing acidity and a long finish. Hand-harvested grapes selected from the best vineyard parcels, destemmed and pressed. The must fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and aged in stainless steel for 20 months, before bottling in June 2024.
