A white wine produced exclusively from the Síria grape variety, grown in our vineyards and harvested by hand.
The grapes are transported in 20-kg crates to ensure the integrity of the raw material.
The wine ferments entirely in 500-liter French oak barrels, with 2 months of battonage, and remains on fine lees until bottling.
