A wine with a bright ruby colour. On the nose, it is expressive and vibrant, with fresh notes of wild berries, such as blackberry and raspberry, balanced by a slight hint of undergrowth, which adds aromatic complexity. Full-bodied and expansive on the palate, with a smooth texture and good aromatic presence, and a long, lingering finish.

Grapes from old vines at an average altitude of 700 metres.
Schist soils with clay and veins of quartz. A ‘field blend’, where the various grape varieties are interplanted in the vineyard alongside white and red grapes, perfectly adapted to the harsh climate and nutrient-poor soil, making irrigation unnecessary.
Hand-harvested; vinification involves a combination of total destemming without crushing and whole-bunch fermentation with a long pre-fermentation cold maceration.
Fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats with gentle maceration.
Aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.
