The vineyard is a traditional field blend dominated by Mourisco and Tinta Roriz, with small amounts of Borrão, Tinta Amarela and Rufete. VINIFICATION & AGEING Hand-harvested grapes. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

An intense, expressive and vibrant aroma of wild berries and spices, with pronounced liquorice notes in perfect balance with discreet barrel nuances of toast and vanilla. On the palate, it opens with a slightly sweet attack and great volume. The vibrant fruit and spice notes echo those on the nose, supported by very full, smooth tannins, leading to a long, persistent finish. Ready to drink.
