Our vineyards, planted between 600 and 750 m altitude, and the winery itself are located in the village of Vale Flor, a centuries-old parish in the municipality of Mêda. This region’s unique granite soils and climate give rise to noble yet still largely undiscovered aromas. Old vineyards with a mix of grape varieties: Síria, Arinto and Rabigato. Hand-harvested into 20 kg crates. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and indigenous yeasts.
