VINEYARDS Between 15 and 20 years old, producing an average of 8,000 kg/ha. WINEMAKING
Grapes harvested in 15-kg crates, with complete destemming and gentle pressing. This is followed by a short maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
AGING 6 months in stainless steel tanks with gentle stirring of the lees.
