A rosé-colored, fruity wine with notes of red berries. It has good structure and acidity, which give it freshness and aging potential. The finish is fruity, fresh, and pleasant.

Vines between 20 and 30 years old, yielding an average of 6,000 kg/ha

Grapes harvested in 15-kg crates, with complete destemming and gentle pressing, followed by a short maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The wine is aged for about 6 months in stainless steel tanks with gentle stirring of the lees.

Food pairings: Shellfish, pâtés, and mild cheeses; grilled or baked fish; cod salad with aromatic herbs.

Serve between 10 and 12 degrees.
