This wine has a bright color and an elegant aroma, reminiscent of flowers and red berries. With a smooth flavor, it is light, fresh, and very well-balanced. Pairing: Ideal with appetizers (a platter of mild cured meats, pâtés, and bruschetta), fish and seafood (grilled or baked fish, shellfish, octopus rice, and ceviche), and vegetarian dishes. The 2025 wine-growing year in the Castelo Rodrigo subregion of Beira Interior was marked by atypical weather conditions, which were nonetheless favorable for organic wine production.
Rainfall was heavily concentrated in the first months of the year; January, February, and March; which contributed to a good water reserve in the soil and significantly reduced the risk of disease during the critical phase of the growing season, promoting the health of the grapes.
