Vines aged 20-30 years, yielding around 6,000?kg/ha. Grapes hand-harvested in 15?kg crates, fully destemmed and gently pressed, followed by a short maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Aged for approximately 6 months in stainless steel, with gentle lees stirring.

Rosé in colour, with a fruity profile reminiscent of red berries. Good structure and lively acidity give it freshness and ageing potential. The finish is fresh and pleasant, recalling the fruit.

Serve at 10-12 °C.

Pairs well with shellfish, pâtés, soft cheeses and grilled or roasted fish. Also excellent with cod salad and aromatic herbs.
