With more than 70 years of experience and accumulated wisdom, Adega do Fundão has crafted this Reserve wine of great elegance and balance, offering unique and distinctive sensations. To achieve this, grapes were sourced from high-quality, heterogeneous parcels of Tinta Amarela (Trincadeira) – a variety long associated with quality in the region – along with Tinta Roriz and Syrah. Grape Varieties: Tinta Amarela; Tinta Roriz and Syrah Soil: Granitic soils with sandy and loam-clay structure Vine age: over 20 years. Ageing: 9 months in French and Portuguese oak, followed by 1 year in concrete vats and 1 year in bottle

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour, with aromas of ripe plum and dried fruits, complemented by hints of pepper and vanilla. Dense and well-balanced on the palate, with polished tannins and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing:
Grilled red meats; oven-roasted kid with potatoes, rosemary and red wine.
Serving Suggestion:
Open 1 hour before serving, decant, and enjoy at 16?°C.
