Produced in Pinhel, this wine perfectly expresses the character of high-altitude wines from the Beira Interior region. Grapes are carefully selected at harvest and again upon arrival at the winery. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
