Made exclusively from the Síria grape – one of the region’s most emblematic varieties – this single-varietal wine was vinified in our winery beside the vineyard in Capinha, in the valley between the Serra da Gardunha and the Serra da Estrela, in the heart of the Cova da Beira at an altitude of around 500 m, a setting that contributes to its remarkable aromatic expression. Pre-fermentation maceration is followed by classic bica aberta (free-run juice) vinification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of up to 15?°C for 4 weeks, with regular bâtonnage. The wine is then aged for approximately 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

5,99€

Crystal clear in appearance, with a bright citrine colour and citrus highlights. The nose is delicate, fresh and expressive, with exotic passion-fruit notes and subtle nuances of ripe fruit. On the palate it is fresh and intense, with vibrant acidity, finesse and a persistent finish.

Serve at 10 °C.
