Vinified with skin contact, followed by pressing of the must and slow fermentation under controlled temperature. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels (50% used barrels) and 50% in stainless steel – 30% Tinta Roriz, 30% Jaen and 40% Rufete.

Pairing: Cured fish dishes, white and red meats, aged cheeses, charcuterie and game.

Serve at 16-18 ºC.
