Barroca da Malhada is a historic estate located in Beira Interior, the most mountainous region of Portugal. Once belonging to the Viscounts of Tinalhas, its origins trace back to the Middle Ages. With 5 hectares of vineyards planted on clay-sandy soils, the estate produces artisanal wines through low-intervention winemaking, organic vineyard management and biodynamic practices. A field blend of Touriga Nacional and Baga, with whole bunches gently pressed in a manual vertical press, allowing the pure expression of both varieties. Fermented at low temperatures and finished with bâtonnage on fine lees.

Tasting Notes
This salmon-coloured rosé is clear and bright, with a subtle aroma of fresh red fruit, complemented by an intense floral touch.
On the palate it shows vibrant acidity and an appealing juiciness, with enough body to pair even with more challenging dishes.
