2.5 Vinhos de Belmonte Lda, is a company established in 2009, located in Caria, in the council of Belmonte, which was created from the desire of five partners who were winemakers in the region for several years and assembled around a common project. These five associates have an area of wine production of 55 hectares, with sandy soils of granitic origin. The winery has an annual production capacity of 1 million bottles and develops its wines under the guidance of the winemaker Anselmo Mendes.
