Mediterranean climate with some continental influence. Lithosols of granitic origin with a light texture and low organic matter. Hand-harvested into 15?kg crates. Gentle crushing and full destemming with protection against early oxidation. Fermentation at controlled temperatures between 20-22?°C. Aged in stainless steel. The Callum grape variety has been an emblematic symbol of the Castelo Branco district for centuries. To save it from extinction, a field collection of 92 clones was established at Herdade do Lousial, in the heart of the Campo Albicastrense, where the vines are trained using the best viticultural practices. A white wine that fills us with pride.

Citrine-yellow colour with a bright appearance. Delicate, fresh and complex on the nose. On the palate, it surprises with its remarkable acidity, firm structure and creamy texture, with delicate aromas that carry through to a long and appealing finish.
