From the most widely planted white grape variety in the Beira Interior region, we decided from the very start of our project in 2001 to produce a single-varietal wine made from the Síria grape.
The grapes were vinified in our winery, located next to the vineyard in Capinha-Fundão, in the valley between the Gardunha and Serra da Estrela mountain ranges, right in the heart of Cova da Beira.
The profile of our terroir—with schist soils, south-facing vineyards, and an altitude of nearly 500 meters—combined with rigorous temperature-controlled winemaking and
constant stirring of the fine lees, has allowed us to bring you a wine with a very noble and distinctive quality profile
