This cuvée features the native Fonte Cal grape variety, to which we have added Arinto and Síria. The grapes were vinified in our winery, located next to the vineyard in Capinha – Fundão, in the valley between the Serra da Gardunha and the Serra da Estrela, right in the heart of Cova da Beira. Grown on granitic and schist soils at an altitude of about 500 meters, this wine possesses remarkable freshness and aromatic expression.
