Adega 23 is the southernmost winery and vineyard in the vast and diverse region of Beira Interior. This part of Portugal is characterised by an enormous diversity of landscapes. It is difficult to find such great diversity in such a small area anywhere else in the world.

Following a meticulous selection of the grapes in the vineyard, they were harvested before the start of the grape harvest, placed in small crates and immediately transported to the winery.

Serve at a temperature of between 6 and 8 degrees.
