Dry-farmed vineyard located in the parish of Vermiosa at an average altitude of 700 metres. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressing without destemming to preserve full aromatic potential. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18?°C. Aged on fine lees with bâtonnage for two months at the end of alcoholic fermentation, followed by a brief period in bottle until March of the year after harvest.

Tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapple balanced by citrus nuances of tangerine peel and lime, with a hint of wet stone.
On the palate it is rich and rounded, with fresh, vibrant acidity and flavours echoing the nose.
