An original expression of the Beira Interior, this sparkling wine is made from both red and white grape varieties with excellent natural acidity, vinified as a white wine. It follows the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle using indigenous yeasts and manual riddling. Ripeness is strictly monitored to obtain base wines with excellent natural acidity, all vinified as white. After blending, the base wine undergoes bottle fermentation with free yeasts, followed by manual riddling. During disgorgement, the dosage was topped up exclusively with the same wine.

12,50€

Tasting Notes: Citrine in colour, bright in appearance, with a very fine mousse. On the nose it shows fruity aromas, a light floral note reminiscent of Cardo Serrano, and subtle brioche nuances. The palate is flavourful, with fresh, elegant acidity.
Serve at: 8-10?°C
Food Pairing: Ideal with full-flavoured oven-baked fish dishes and seafood.

Oenology: Ángela Marín, João Carvalho, Pedro Carvalho, Virgílio Loureiro.
