PDO olive oil from the Beira Interior region, produced in the Mondego Valley at Quinta da Campanária, Quinta de São João and Quinta de São Lourenço. These estates, located in the parishes of Faia, Aldeia Viçosa and Vila Cortês do Mondego in the municipality of Guarda, lie within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Our olive oil is produced in our own mill at Quinta da Campanária. A truly special olive oil!  Award-winning in international competitions. Characteristics: A delicate, superior-quality extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively through mechanical processes in our own mill, cold-extracted from organically grown olives from our own groves. Extra virgin olive oil with a fruity profile predominantly from ripe olives, marked by notes of green olive leaf, green banana peel and subtle hints of green apple. Slightly bitter, with noticeable pungency and a pronounced nutty finish reminiscent of walnuts.
Pairing Suggestions: Ideal enjoyed simply with bread as a starter, or at breakfast or as an afternoon snack. Excellent for dressing salads.

Packaging: Dark glass bottle with a 250 ml capacity and an integrated pourer, designed specifically for high-quality olive oil.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of bottling.
