Dry, hot summers and cold, rainy winters. Low-fertility granitic soils with schist outcrops. Carefully selected grapes, fully destemmed and crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at 25 °C, preserving the character of the grape varieties. Aged for 12 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.

Deep ruby colour, with an intense aroma of black fruits, spices and vanilla. Very tight and concentrated, with notes of blackberries and plums wrapped in subtle toastiness. Excellent acidity and vibrancy, with well-present, well-integrated tannins, and a long, intense finish.
