Vines aged between 20 and 35 years, planted in granitic soils at altitudes between 320 and 450 m, producing an average of 6,000 kg/ha. Grapes harvested in 18 kg crates, fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Aged for around 3 months in used French oak barrels.

Delicate aromas of dark red fruit lead to a palate marked by lively tension and vibrant freshness, balancing the fruit. The tannins are firm, giving the wine structure.

Serve at 16-18 °C.

Pairs well with light meats, grilled meats and moderately matured cheeses. Also suitable with roast pork, stews and cod dishes.
