Great project and concept started in 2010 by Paulo Mimoso, cuisine animated by the telanto of chefs Valdir Lubave, Susana Clemente, Manuel Ferreira and Alice Dias. Each of them contributes to the common goal of recovering Beira Interior's food and gastronomy heritage, exploring new paths. Wine is a noble component of each meal, the wine cellar is an authentic demonstrator of its valences.
